When we bought our first DSLR back in 2013, we had no idea how much it would change our lives. We didn’t know the first thing about shutter speeds or composition - but the scientist in each of us was curious. The more we explored, the deeper we fell in love with photography. Five years later, we won our first international award and still smile thinking of our work hanging alongside artists we’ve long admired.

We’ve learned that photography, like most things, is a craft - one you can grow into if you never stop learning. Over time, it’s trained our eyes to slow down and truly see - the shimmer on a lake at sunrise, stories in shadows, beauty in stillness.

And now, with a toddler by our side, we see it all again - this time through her eyes. Every muddy trail becomes an adventure, every small moment a treasure. Her sense of wonder reminds us daily to pause, notice, and capture the magic in the everyday.
